Abstract Review Process

Each participant can submit one abstract. All abstracts will be evaluated in a blinded peer review by the Scientific Committee. Selected abstracts will be presented by a poster during the symposium. High scoring abstracts will be selected for oral presentation during the main programme or the Poster Spotlight.

 

​Request for Withdrawal

Once an abstract has been submitted, it may be withdrawn only by written request from the abstract presenter. The request may be sent to be-precise@uantwerpen.be and must be received at least 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
